About the role
Are you an organised and proactive Administrator looking to utilise this skill set within a thriving learning environment? Then why not join our Business and Technology department, where you will provide responsive and efficient administrative support for Business and Technology courses to the School Operations Manager, Head of Programme, Tutor Coordinators and teaching staff as required in line with City Lit systems and procedures. We offer a wide range of courses including Business Management Skills, AI Technology, Programming, Web development, social media, digital marketing, and design software. We also support learners to develop their IT and Business Skills confidence, and independence. The team includes highly experienced tutors, many of whom are industry specialists. You’ll play a key role in supporting the department including managing course schedules, maintaining student records, supporting promotional activities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

- Proven experience in administration and customer service.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and student data systems (e.g. EBS, Apply).
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
