We are now looking to expand our dynamic legal delivery team by recruiting a talented and experienced Immigration Analyst to contribute to our continued growth and client success.
- Manage end-to-end casework, from client intake to final representation, including taking detailed instructions and drafting high-quality legal correspondence and documentation.
- Advise and assist clients in all aspects of UK immigration law with a primary focus on corporate immigration routes including Skilled Worker, Global Business Mobility, Global Talent, Sponsor Licences, and Business visitors.
- Support personal immigration cases such as spouse visas, settlement (ILR), British nationality, and visitor visas.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records using our legal practice management and CRM systems.
- Conduct legal research to stay abreast of immigration law updates, contributing insights to internal resources and client communications.
- Draft a range of legal documents, including consultation notes, client care letters, advice letters, and representation submissions.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, Home Office departments, and external stakeholders.
- Support the firm’s online presence by contributing to blogs, legal updates, and social media content.
Minimum 3 years of experience in UK corporate immigration law.
- Deep knowledge of Skilled Worker, Global Talent, and Sponsor Licence routes.
- Competence in handling a range of personal immigration matters.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
