Role Description
We are seeking dynamic individuals for the role of Client Relationship Executive. They will play a pivotal role in our growth department. They will be responsible for handling initial enquiries through various channels, conducting preliminary assessment, providing suitable service options, quoting and following up until they gain the sale.
As a Client Relationship Executive, you will play a vital role in assisting and supporting our growth operations. Your responsibilities will primarily include:
- Client Engagement: Handle initial client inquiries via inbound and outbound calls and email, building strong rapport, and understanding their needs.
- Lead Management: Book meetings, provide tailored service options, and quote our services while following up on leads until a sale is closed.
- Solution Selling: Effectively communicate our value proposition, demonstrate how our services can solve client pain points, and recommend suitable options.
- CRM Utilisation: Maintain an up-to-date CRM for lead tracking, pipeline management, and efficient follow-ups.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the legal team and fellow team members to enhance your understanding of our services and improve the client experience.
- Training & Upskilling: Participate in regular training sessions to continuously develop your skills and stay informed about new service offerings to bring value to clients.
- Proactive Approach: Identify opportunities to generate new leads, efficiently manage existing leads, and work independently with minimal supervision.
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong English proficiency, both written and verbal (mandatory).
- Quick Learner: Ability to learn new concepts quickly and multitask effectively.
- Analytical Mindset: A knack for problem-solving, thinking creatively, and providing innovative solutions.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
Expected start date: March/April 2026
Job Type: Full Time. 37.5 hours per week. Working days are Monday to Friday. This position requires full-time attendance at our Harrow office and is not a remote or hybrid role.
Salary: Starts from Β£26,000 per year.
