City in the Community is looking for a Community Mentoring Lead Coach – Inspires to deliver the City Inspires programme across Greater Manchester secondary schools. You will mentor 11–16-year-olds, monitor progress and collaborate with schools, delivery coaches and colleagues to achieve positive outcomes.
You will also help plan and develop the programme, monitor KPIs and uphold safeguarding and organisational policies while being a role model for the team and contributing to ongoing initiatives.
