Are you an experienced fundraising professional who is passionate about building meaningful relationships with supporters and making a real difference to the work of City Hospice, the only provider of home-based specialist palliative care in Cardiff? We are looking for an ambitious and creative Individual Giving Manager to lead and grow our individual giving programme at a time of exciting opportunity and development.

This is a rewarding role where you will inspire supporters to help fund exceptional hospice care for patients and families when they need it most. As Individual Giving Manager, you will play a key role in developing and delivering engaging fundraising campaigns, donor stewardship journeys and supporter communications that build loyalty, increase income and deepen supporter engagement.

You will use insight, innovation and a supporter‑focused approach to create outstanding donor experiences and maximise fundraising opportunities. Working as part of a passionate and dedicated fundraising team at City Hospice, you will have the opportunity to shape strategy, lead projects, manage and develop team members, and make a direct contribution to the sustainability of our hospice services.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines strong fundraising expertise with excellent communication skills, strategic thinking and a desire to make a lasting impact within their local community. 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday (with occasional out of hours working to support Fundraising activities, toil will be granted) £39,000 per annum Ty Hosbis, Whitchurch, Cardiff - include hybrid working.
