Working with a skilled and supportive nursing team, you'll deliver essential care so that patients stay well and safe. You will play a key role in routine health reviews that support early detection and ongoing management of conditions. Your work helps patients understand their health and get the right support. You'll be part of a friendly team that values learning, respect and high standards of care.
Main duties of the job:
- Carry out general health reviews and new patient health checks
- Support NHS health checks and monitor long‑term conditions
- Perform venepuncture, ECGs and blood pressure monitoring
- Provide wound care and administer B12 injections
- Record accurate information and work with colleagues to plan care
