We are looking to recruit a dynamic and innovative Band 5 Community Staff Nurse to work within the Holderness Community Nursing Team for the Integrated Nursing and Conditions services within CHCP CIC. This position will be based at Withernsea Hospital and is full time.
The successful applicant will be joining an integrated community nursing team delivering holistic high quality nursing care to a dedicated client group in their own homes and residential settings. You will be joining a dynamic and proactive nursing team working in partnership with associated health and social care providers.
This is an ideal opportunity for those who enjoy developing new ways of working and working under their own initiative. Experience of community nursing is advantageous but not essential as full training, support and development will be provided. The ability to commute within the geographical area with access to an appropriate means of transport is essential.
