A great opportunity to build your clinical skills while supporting people who rely on high‑quality treatment room care and specialist nursing support. You’ll join a friendly, skilled community nursing service that provides treatment room care, lower limb support, Lymphoedema management and tissue viability interventions. You will work closely with colleagues across the service to give safe, person‑centred care that helps people stay well and maintain their independence.
What you’ll do:
- Carry out holistic assessments, history taking and clinical examinations
- Plan and deliver evidence‑based treatment for people needing treatment room or specialist care
- Review care plans to make sure they meet each person’s needs
- Support lower limb, Lymphoedema and tissue viability pathways
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure a consistent, high‑quality service for all patients
What we’re looking for:
- A registered nurse with strong assessment and care‑planning skills
- Confidence in delivering hands‑on clinical care across a range of needs
- Someone who can travel between sites when required
- A supportive team member who values learning and wants to develop specialist skills
- We welcome people with experience from a range of nursing backgrounds
