An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a newly established dedicated team supporting adults in Hull and East Riding with Type 1 Diabetes and Eating Disorders (T1DE). The post is for 1 year and is part of a national pilot project. The job will allow the post holder to be supported within the Evolve – Hull Community Eating Disorder Service.

The post would suit a practitioner with a special interest in eating disorders; diabetes training and close supervision will be supported.
