What you'll do:
- Lead the financial planning and costing of bids, tenders and business cases
- Build clear financial models, including risk and scenario analysis
- Support cost improvement plans and value‑for‑money initiatives

- Provide expert advice to services on budgets, forecasts and financial risks
Qualifications:
- A fully qualified accountant (ACCA or CIMA, or equivalent)
- Strong experience in financial analysis, modelling and reporting
