This role helps our organisation grow and remain sustainable by shaping strong financial bids, business cases and improvement plans that support high-quality community health services. You'll work with clinical and corporate colleagues to turn complex financial information into clear insight, helping leaders make informed decisions that benefit patients and services. You'll be part of a supportive finance team, working closely with service leads, managers and partners across the organisation. What you'll do:

  • Lead the financial planning and costing of bids, tenders and business cases
  • Build clear financial models, including risk and scenario analysis
  • Support cost improvement plans and value‑for‑money initiatives
  • Present financial information to senior leaders in a clear, accessible way
  • Provide expert advice to services on budgets, forecasts and financial risks

Qualifications:

  • A fully qualified accountant (ACCA or CIMA, or equivalent)
  • Strong experience in financial analysis, modelling and reporting
  • Ability to explain complex information to non‑finance colleagues
  • A collaborative approach, with the confidence to challenge and influence
