The predicted salary is between 29970 - 36483 £ per year.
This is a great opportunity to build and grow your physiotherapy skills while supporting people to improve their health and independence. You’ll work as part of a supportive therapy team, rotating across different services to broaden your experience and understanding of patient needs. Your work will help people make informed choices about their care and support them through their recovery journey. The base of this role is advertised as Highlands Health Centre; however this may change depending on rotation and will be negotiated with the successful applicant. There is also the opportunity to recruit to the bank for this role.
What You’ll Do
- Assess people’s needs and develop clear, individual treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy in a range of settings
- Review and adapt treatment plans using clinical reasoning
- Work closely with patients, families and colleagues to share information and plan care
- Contribute to service development and support students or assistants where required
What We’re Looking For
- A Degree-level Physiotherapy qualification and current professional registration
- Good communication skills and the ability to handle complex or sensitive conversations
- Confidence to work as an autonomous practitioner with support from senior staff
- Basic IT skills and a willingness to use clinical systems
- An organised approach, with the ability to prioritise a busy caseload
