The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.
Working with the Learning Resources team, you’ll provide vital administrative support so that colleagues can access high-quality learning and development. You’ll play a key role in keeping the education function running smoothly. You will work closely with the wider Human Resources team and build strong relationships with internal and external partners. Your work will help ensure staff have the training and resources they need to deliver great care.
Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support for learning and development activities
- Organise training sessions, meetings and events, including room and equipment set‑up
- Maintain accurate records, databases and training materials
- Communicate with staff and external partners to coordinate learning activity
- Support process improvements and help ensure services run efficiently
Requirements
Essential
- Strong administration skills and confidence using Microsoft Office tools
- Good organisation and ability to prioritise workload with minimal supervision
- Clear communication skills and a professional, approachable manner
- Experience working in an office or customer‑focused environment
- A team‑focused attitude with willingness to learn and support others
- NVQ level 3 Business Administration/Customer Services or equivalent level of knowledge and experience
- Word processing to RSA 2 standard of European Computer Driving License (EDCL) or ability to demonstrate appropriate level of skill
Desirable
- Knowledge and understanding of NHS training databases, in particular ESR
- Aware of knowledge and skills framework
- Previous NHS admin experience
- Previous supervisory experience
- Previous experience of working within a training environment
