This is a great opportunity to build skills in dental care while supporting patients to feel safe, informed and cared for during their treatment. You’ll work as part of a friendly dental team within City Health Care Partnership CIC (CHCP), supporting Dental Nurses, Dentists and reception staff. The role combines patient‑facing care, reception support and essential clinical preparation. You’ll be supported to develop your skills and, on successful completion of the National Examining Board for Dental Nurses (NEBDN) qualification.

What you’ll do:

  • Support patients before, during and after dental treatment, offering reassurance and clear information.
  • Prepare, clean, and sterilise dental instruments and equipment safely.
  • Help keep clinics running smoothly by supporting reception and appointment systems.
  • Maintain accurate patient records using paper and IT systems.
  • Work closely with colleagues to deliver safe, high‑quality dental services.

What we’re looking for:

  • GCSE English and Maths (grade C/4 or above) or equivalent.
  • Willingness to complete the NEBDN qualification as part of your development.
  • Experience in a patient‑facing or reception role.
  • Good communication, IT and organisation skills.
  • A caring, reliable and flexible approach to teamwork.
