Overview This is a great opportunity to build your skills in cardiac rehabilitation while supporting people to improve their long‑term health. You’ll work as part of a friendly multi‑disciplinary team who deliver high‑quality cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation. Your work will help people understand their condition, recover well after a cardiac event and feel more confident in managing their health at home.
