City Health Care Partnership CIC are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual to join the team in the Urgent Treatment Centre as a Nurse Associate. There will be a requirement to work at times to cover other bases within the East Riding and Hull.
The post holder will be responsible for supporting Practitioners, GPs, and other professionals in the delivery of an integrated urgent care service to the local population. Working under the direct supervision of the clinical team and strictly in accordance with specific guidelines and protocols, the Nurse Associate will work within defined parameters to undertake technical and clinical care.
