The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

This role helps people receive the right care at the right time, making a real difference to their health and independence. You'll support the Bee at Home Service Manager to deliver safe, high-quality and personalised health and domiciliary care. Working closely with colleagues and system partners, you'll help people move smoothly through care pathways, support timely hospital discharge and reduce avoidable admissions. The role is key to keeping the service running well every day and ensuring people receive fair, person-centred support.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Service Manager to deliver a safe, high-quality Bee at Home service.
  • Oversee day-to-day service delivery during operating hours across a seven-day service.
  • Work with partners to support client flow, discharge planning and admission avoidance.
  • Lead, support and motivate staff under delegated responsibility.
  • Contribute to service projects and improvement work as agreed with managers.

  • Confidence working independently and making day-to-day decisions.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of partners.

Qualifications

  • Essential NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent level of knowledge and experience.
  • NVQ/Diploma level 4 in Health and Social Care related subject, willingness to undertake this within 2 years of appointment or equivalent level of knowledge and experience.

Experience
