Working with a dedicated urgent care team, you’ll help ensure patients receive timely support and a positive experience when accessing urgent treatment services. You’ll be an important part of a 24/7 service, supporting both patients and clinical colleagues with a range of administrative and operational tasks.
This role combines customer service, administration and practical support. You’ll often be the first point of contact for patients, relatives and healthcare professionals, helping services run smoothly and making a real difference to patient care

What you’ll do:
  • Welcome and support patients, visitors and healthcare professionals
  • Manage appointments, records and information using electronic systems
  • Provide administrative support to help urgent care services run efficiently
  • Assist with stock checks, equipment monitoring and general service upkeep
  • Support clinicians with home visit planning and transport duties where required
What we’re looking for:
  • Experience providing excellent customer service or working with the public
  • Good administration, keyboard and basic IT skills
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately
  • Ability to work flexibly as part of a team and prioritise tasks effectively
  • A full driving licence and willingness to undertake relevant training, including Basic Life Support

There are multiple vacancies available within the following locations
Bransholme Urgent Treatment Centre (1 x 18.38 hours & 1 x 16.5 hours)
Hull Royal Urgent Treatment Centre (1 x 10.5 hours, 1 x 15hours)
Goole Urgent Treatment Centre (1 x 17.5 hours)
Beverley Urgent Treatment Centre (1 x 13.88 hours)
Candidates must advise which bases they are applying for from the sites listed below.

Weeks 1-3 - Fridays 07.00-18.00
Weeks 1, 2 & 4 Sundays 11.00-23.00
