This is an excellent opportunity to join the City Health Care Partnership Care Coordination Customer Service Team. This is an exciting role if you are looking for a new position working with a dynamic team within the Hull and East Riding area. We are looking for enthusiastic and well-motivated individuals to support the reception Front of House Service. This role is very flexible, working on a reception within the Health Centres based in Hull and the East Riding, meeting and greeting patients and visitors, dealing with all aspects of a busy reception including taking phone calls, directing patients for their appointments, and supporting the clinical teams.
Main duties of the job:
- Candidates must be highly organised, able to work to tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- A flexible approach is required to meet the needs of the service, i.e. cover for annual leave, sickness, training at various Health Centres within the Hull & East Riding area.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly approachable nature are essential for this role.

Person Specification:
Experience:
- Previous experience of working in an office environment and carrying out general office/administration procedures.
- Previous experience of patient appointment booking systems e.g. SystmOne.
- Previous NHS experience or working with the public.
Qualifications:
- Level 3 in Business Administration/Customer Service or equivalent level of knowledge and experience.
- Word processing to OCR level 2 standard or ICDL.
Knowledge:
- Comprehensive knowledge of a range of administration procedures and practices.
- Knowledge of a range of software programmes including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Knowledge of SystmOne functions and other clinical reporting systems.
- Knowledge of clinic/appointment programmes.
- Knowledge of making every contact count (MECC).
