This is an excellent opportunity to join the City Health Care Partnership Care Coordination Customer Service Team. This is an exciting role if you are looking for a new position working with a dynamic team within the Hull and East Riding area. We are looking for enthusiastic and well‑motivated individuals to support the reception front‑of‑house service. The role is flexible, working on a reception within the Health Centre based in Hull and the East Riding, meeting and greeting patients and visitors. You will handle all aspects of a busy reception including taking phone calls, directing patients for their appointments and supporting the clinical teams.

Main duties of the job:

  • Highly organized, able to work to tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Flexible approach to cover for annual leave, sickness, and training across various Health Centres in the Hull & East Riding area.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly approachable nature.
  • Level 3 in Business Administration / Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Word processing to OCR Level 2 standard or ICDL.
  • Experience working within an NHS environment is advantageous.
