We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Estates, Facilities and Sustainability (EFS).
As the Head of EFS, you will work closely with the Group Director of Finance and Resources to deliver on the Group’s estate and sustainability strategies. You will lead our EFS team and provide assurance on compliance, professional & technical support, people management, overall estate management, and the development of services within your remit.
In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping and delivering our estates and sustainable strategies, along with regular reporting to boards and committees, and working with senior colleagues to achieve their business objectives and service delivery.
As the Head of Estates, Facilities and Sustainability, you will be an inspiring and compassionate leader with extensive experience of working at a senior level. You will be highly organised, collaborative, and will be required to work with a wide and varied range of stakeholders.
You must possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to demonstrate an ability to communicate with, relate to, and engage with a wide spectrum of people.
