The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.

Working with our Quality and Governance team, you'll lead emergency planning and resilience work so that services remain safe and effective during critical incidents. Your expertise will help protect patients, staff and visitors by ensuring robust plans and responses are in place.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and test business continuity and emergency response plans
  • Lead tactical command and control during significant incidents
  • Monitor compliance with NHS England EPRR standards and drive improvements
  • Build awareness and capability across teams through training and exercises
  • Work with system partners to strengthen multi-agency resilience

Qualifications

  • Degree-level education or equivalent experience in emergency planning
  • Strong knowledge of the Civil Contingencies Act and NHS EPRR Framework
  • Experience in healthcare operations and multi-agency working
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage complex priorities
