Working with our dental team, you’ll support safe, smooth clinic sessions so patients receive the care they need. You’ll be part of a friendly, skilled service that helps people feel comfortable and informed during their dental treatment. You’ll work closely with Dental Nurses, Senior Nurses and reception colleagues to keep clinics running well and to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and patient experience.
What you’ll do:
- Support reception tasks, including welcoming patients and keeping accurate records
- Prepare and clean clinical areas and equipment, following decontamination and sterilisation procedures
- Assist clinical staff before, during and after treatments
- Help reassure patients who may feel nervous, offering clear information and support
- Use specialist equipment safely after receiving full training
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a reception or patient‑facing environment, with good communication and listening skills
- Knowledge of basic administrative tasks and confidence using IT
- Ability to follow procedures, organise your workload and adapt to changing clinic needs
- A caring, flexible approach and willingness to learn, with training and supervision provided
- Level 3 in Health and Social Care or working towards it
