Are you a dedicated healthcare professional with a passion for delivering exceptional clinical support and advice? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert guidance, support patient care initiatives, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standards of healthcare delivery. You will also be a practising GP in the service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical lead for the Integrated Urgent Care Service across Hull & the East Riding of Yorkshire.
  • Ensure adherence to the UTC Principles and Standards as part of an integrated urgent and emergency care system.
  • Provide interpretation of national guidance relating to Urgent Care services.
  • Oversee GPs working within the service.
  • Support clinical effectiveness and promote enhanced clinical practice.
  • Advise on professional clinical issues related to the Urgent and Emergency Care agenda.
  • Act as an advisor for complaints, claims, and incidents.
  • Manage clinical pathways.
  • Provide effective clinical leadership.
  • Be a practising GP within the service.
