An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Bridlington and Driffield Community Nursing Team as a Clinical Practice Teacher / Practice Educator. This pivotal role combines clinical leadership with a strong educational focus, supporting the development of current and future nurses within a dynamic community setting.
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day clinical management of the team, working in close collaboration with the Clinical Team Leader to ensure a coordinated, integrated and well-organised approach to the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality patient care.
- Contribute to the effective operational delivery of the service, ensuring clinical standards, workforce development and patient outcomes remain at the forefront of practice.
- Undertake clinical supervision for senior and junior team members, including clinical practice education, training and providing clinical skills and expertise.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Passionate and experienced educator motivated to inspire, mentor and support learners at all stages.
- Maintain active involvement in clinical practice.
- Commitment to fostering a positive learning culture and supporting students, newly qualified staff, and the wider nursing team.
- Ability to commute within CHCP CIC's geographical areas with access to appropriate means of transport.
