This is an excellent opportunity to join the City Health Care Partnership Care Coordination Customer Service Team. This is an exciting role if you are looking for a new position working with a dynamic team within the Hull and East Riding area.
We are looking for enthusiastic and well-motivated individuals to support the reception Front of House Service. This role is working on a reception within the Health Centres based in Hull and the East Riding, meeting and greeting patients and visitors. Dealing with all aspects of a busy reception including taking phone calls, directing patients for their appointments, and supporting the clinical teams.
Candidates must be highly organised, able to work to tight deadlines, whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. We require a flexible approach to meet the needs of the service, i.e. cover for annual leave, sickness, and training at various Health Centres within the Hull & East Riding area. Excellent communication skills and a friendly approachable nature are essential for this role.
