City Health Care Partnership CIC in Hull is seeking a GP to join our APMS practice network across the Quays, Riverside Medical Centre and East Park Practice. You will provide primary care services to over 20,000 patients with extended-hours access and be part of a training Practice committed to integrated, accessible care.
The role covers surgery consultations, home visits, and management of pathology and prescription queries within our rotas, supporting the local population with high-quality care.
