We are looking for an experienced and motivated B7 Advanced Physiotherapist to join our Community Rehab Team. You will provide highly specialised physiotherapy assessment and rehabilitation for adults with complex needs in their own homes and in community settings. Working autonomously, you’ll support patients to achieve meaningful goals and to maximise their independence.

In addition to clinical responsibilities, you’ll take a key leadership role within the service, alongside other B7 physiotherapists and occupational therapists. This includes supporting the day to day coordination of team activities, supervising and developing junior physiotherapists and students, contributing to service development and undertaking managerial tasks. You will work with the other clinical leads contributing to workload allocation, caseload management, quality improvement and ensuring that governance, safety and clinical/operational standards are met.

This position is full time, and the successful applicant would be required to travel across Hull and the East Riding in order to both treat patients and to supervise/be visible amongst staff. We can offer you a supportive team environment, made up of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, associate practitioners and admin. You would also have the opportunity to develop your clinical and managerial skills. Your caseload will be varied and interesting, and you will have the opportunity to influence community rehabilitation provision.

If you’re interested, we’d love to hear from you. You can contact Mel Haynes (07525 873572) for an informal chat or to arrange a visit to the team.
