Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual to join the Carers Information & Support Service (CISS) as an administrator/receptionist. You will work alongside our service administrator and team of Carer Support Workers to provide administration support and you will be the first point of contact for the CISS Service.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the CISS service and assist the service administrator and Carer Support Workers.
- Act as the first point of contact for the CISS Service, handling inquiries and directing to appropriate staff.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experience in administration or reception roles preferred.
