We are currently recruiting for a Quality Executive to join our Quality Team on a permanent basis. The role can be based at our Wakefield, Warrington or Burntwood office. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual, with excellent customer service and IT skills who would love to join our well-established organisation: City & Guilds. This role perfectly suits candidates with experience from highly regulated organisations and education sectors but equally it can work well for ambitious, proactive individuals with previous experience from various customer facing roles. About the role

  • Guide customers from onboarding to ongoing support, handling queries effectively.
  • Take ownership of customer issues and ensure positive resolutions.
  • Identify and mitigate risks across customers, products, and services.
  • Make informed choices that balance customer and business needs.
  • Work with teams across the business to support customer growth and retention.
  • Report and support investigations into any compliance concerns.
  • Continuously enhance internal processes.
  • Assist Centres with self-assessment and quality standards.
  • Lead or contribute to key team projects.

About you

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to adapt and prioritise tasks.
  • Understanding of regulatory and business needs.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confidence to challenge and suggest improvements.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

You do not need to have previous experience from a Quality department, but we are looking for commercially aware candidates who will be able to learn and understand both Regulatory and Business Requirements.
