Don’t miss this fantastic permanent opportunity to join our Customer Sales Team in Wakefield! This is a brilliant opportunity to develop your existing sales and account management skills with the potential to grow into a more senior sales role in time, or to work in other functions within the business.
Ideal candidates will have worked within a sales role and have the right transferable skills. Sales experience is desirable and we would welcome applicants that have worked within recruitment or call centre environments. We are looking for positive, self-motivated and committed people that enjoy working in a sales environment and making outbound telephone calls to deliver a first-class customer service.
Training and support are provided on the job as well as a clear and defined sales plan from your manager. You will be eligible for our sales incentive plan when you have passed your probationary period.
The role is full time (35 hours a week) but we welcome applicants that would consider working on a part time or job share basis! We offer flexible working patterns and you can work between the hours of 8am and 6pm to suit your needs. These roles are based from our Wakefield office (WF1) so you must be within commuting distance. This is a full time Monday to Friday office-based role.

Within our Direct Sales Team, we have roles covering new business and account management. As a Customer Sales Executive, you will be provided with ongoing training and support to work on both reactive and proactive sales campaigns in-line with our sales strategies for new business. Account management roles will be provided support and training based on growth, retention and threats to business. Our team cover our full range of products and services, delivered to both new and existing customers.
The successful candidate will manage their own pipeline activity through either managing a caseload of customers or new business objectives, predominantly over the phone / Microsoft teams but also email based as well. You will also follow up on warm leads from our sales inbox for new centre enquiries and general enquiries into the department, as well as working collaboratively with colleagues across the business to bring the right expertise.
We are looking for motivated, hardworking and passionate individuals who are confident in making outbound sales calls and who have a strong resilient work ethic. We are looking for you to have core sales skills or experience in generating new business through cold and warm outreach, or experience in account management, particularly with a focus on driving growth and strengthening customer retention.
You’ll be accountable for meeting your own deadlines, targets and KPI’s so you must be customer-focused, have a passion for delivering a great customer experience and be comfortable working to quarterly targets. Finally, you’ll need great team working skills as well as possessing a flexible, adaptable approach and be motivated by new challenges.
As this is a sales based role, you will qualify for our sales incentive plan upon successful completion of your probation.
