This is an exciting opportunity to take your sales career to the next level by focusing onwinning new business and onboarding new customersinto our organisation. Were looking for people who are:

  • Experienced in sales (essential) backgrounds in recruitment, call centres, or similar environments are ideal.
  • Motivated, resilient, and target-driven with a passion forprospecting and converting leads into loyal customers.
  • Confident making outbound calls and using email toengage decision-makers, secure appointments, and close opportunities.

The role:

  • 35 Hours per week
  • Flexible working between 8am – 6pm
  • Office based in Wakefield WF1 2UF

About the role

  • Proactively hunt for new business opportunitiesthrough outbound calls, email campaigns, and tailored outreach.
  • Convert enquiries into customers, ensuring a smooth and professional onboarding process.
  • Deliver afirst-class customer experience from first contact through to account handover or ongoing support.
  • Work towards clear monthly sales targets with a defined plan and dedicated manager support.
  • Generate and undertake qualified meetings.
  • Contribute insights and feedback to help refine our sales strategy and continuously improve.
