We are seeking an Operation Coordinator to join our dynamic Centre Operations teambased in Wakefield (WF1 2UF).The Co-ordinator provides support to the Operational Delivery team to ensure that programmes and projects are delivered to plan and deliver business benefits.This is achieved through the accurate production and maintenance of project documentation, weekly and monthly reports, liaising with stakeholders, supporting the Delivery Manager with risk and issue management, task tracking, diary and meeting management, taking meeting minutes and other project delivery support activities.This is a permanent, full-time opportunity which is office based at our Wakefield hub with a standard Monday toFriday schedule totalling 35 hours per week.About the role
What you will be doing:Working closely with Delivery Managers to produce and maintain project documentsTaking the lead on setting up project governance meetings, working with the delivery manager to set agendas and ensure that all admin associated with meetings is seamlessly managed and communicatedTaking meeting minutes and notes, updating action logsMaintaining and updating MS Teams sites, MS Lists, SharePointAssisting Delivery Managers with the compilation of reports and presentationsActing as central contact for project and delivery information, knowledge, processes and systemsPro-actively building and maintaining good working relationships with colleagues, customers and internal and external stakeholdersManaging Delivery Manager diaries and room bookingsMaking travel and accommodation arrangements as requiredUndertake specified project tasks and activities and contribute to successful project implementation and delivery into operational areasSupporting the team with setting up team events such as team and/or project team meetings, volunteering days, or celebrations (e.g. end of year event)During peak periods, such as our key exam and results seasons, colleagues are expected to provide additional support, which may include overtime or weekend work. We value flexibility and a collaborative spirit; all team members are encouraged to demonstrate a commitment to our collective success and adapt to the needs of the business. Occasional travel may be required to attend meetings or workshops at other office locations.Our Centre Operations team is now located from our Wakefield hub, and all our team administrators are office based. Our office is conveniently located, with the Snow Hill retail park within a short walking distance, and excellent public transport links.About you
