We are seeking a Senior Quality Manager to lead and develop our Centre Quality team, ensuring external quality assurance of centres aligns with City & Guilds\β processes, regulatory requirements, and Centre Assessment Standards Scrutiny (CASS) strategy. This role will play a crucial part in mitigating risk, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and ensuring valid and reliable learner outcomes.
As a key leader, you will provide direction and support to a high-performing team, manage resources effectively, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and compliance with regulatory standards.
You will be working on a hybrid basis with an expectation to be in the office 2 days per week. There will be travel required to attend offices where your team are based. You will need to be within commuting distance of either our Warrington, Wakefield or Burntwood office.
