Independent End-point Assessors (IEPAs) will assess apprentices' competence in line with City & Guilds End-point Assessment policies and procedures for the Refrigeration, Air Conditioning & Heat Pump Engineering sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and document apprentices' competence against Apprenticeship Standards.
- Provide advice and support on End-point Assessment sites and to the End-point Assessment Team.
- Attend training sessions and deliver assessments as a contracted independent assessor.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Assessor qualification(s) and Level 3 or greater in the RACHP discipline.
- Current working experience within the industry.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of the RACHP sector.
- Must meet the criteria set out in the Refrigeration, Air Conditioning & Heat Pump Engineering Technician person specification.
Other Requirements
- Provide a detailed CPD log demonstrating maintenance of competency.
