We are looking for Independent End-point Assessors (IEPAs) who will assess and document apprentices’ competence against Apprenticeship Standards. The role involves providing advice and support on End-point Assessment sites and to the End-point Assessment Team. It offers an opportunity to utilize your industry expertise, work alongside your current job, build additional income with competitive daily rates, and continue to expand your own skills and development.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and document apprentices’ competence against Apprenticeship Standards.
- Provide advice and support on End-point Assessment sites and to the End-point Assessment Team.
To Be Considered For This Role:
- Hold an assessor qualification(s).
- Be qualified to a minimum of Level 3 within the RACHP discipline.
- Currently working within the industry.
- Have in depth knowledge and understanding of the RACHP sector.
- Meet the criteria set out in the Refrigeration, Air Conditioning & Heat Pump Engineering Technician person specification.
To be considered, submit an online application that explicitly demonstrates how you satisfy the requirements above and include a detailed CPD log showing how you have maintained competency in the industry. Applications that do not show this will likely not progress further. After a successful review and vetting, you will be invited to a training session for the Independent End-point Assessor role.
