We are currently recruiting for Independent End-points Assessors (IEPAs) who will assess apprentices’ competence in line with City & Guilds End-point Assessment policies and procedures.

Role Overview

IEPAs assess and document apprentices’ competence against Apprenticeship Standards, and provide advice and support on End-point Assessment sites and to the End-point Assessment Team. This is a contract role that pays competitive daily rates. The EPA practical is sometimes carried out over 2 days. Therefore, if you can only commit to one day a week, you will not be able to complete the EPA assessment. The ideal candidate would need to complete 3‑5 EPA’s a month.

Qualifications

  • Hold an Assessor Qualification
  • Hold a relevant trade Qualification
  • Be able to evidence relevant and up‑to‑date CPD, which is related directly to the standard & industry

Applicants must also meet the criteria set out in the person specification. Independent End-points Assessors are contracted on an annual basis and are not directly employed by the City & Guilds Group.
