We are currently recruiting for Independent End-Point Assessors (IEPAs) to assess apprentices’ competence in line with City & Guilds End‑Point Assessment policies and procedures. IEPAs assess and document apprentices’ competence against Apprenticeship Standards and provide advice and support on End‑Point Assessment sites to the End‑Point Assessment Team. This role is a great opportunity to use your industry expertise, work alongside your current job, build additional income with competitive daily rates, and continue to expand your skills and development.

Qualifications

  • Hold an assessor qualification(s)
  • Be qualified to a minimum of Level 3 within the RACHP discipline
  • Currently working within the industry
  • Have in depth knowledge and understanding of the RACHP sector

Applicants must also meet the criteria set out in the Refrigeration, Air Conditioning & Heat Pump Engineering Technician person specification.

Following a successful review and vetting of your application, you will be invited to a training session for the Independent End‑Point Assessor (IEPA) role. IEPAs are contracted on an annual basis and are not directly employed by the City & Guilds Group.
