About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and professional Security Officer to join our team in Kent. This is a unique opportunity to support a site through its transformation from construction to a fully operational museum and community hub.
You\’ll start with manned guarding duties and transition to a corporate security/front-of-house role once the site goes live.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular patrols and ensure the site is secure

Monitor CCTV and respond to alarms
-
Manage access control and issue ID passes
-
Unlock/lock the premises
-
Deliver excellent front-of-house service
-
Support with key management and visitor access

Act as a First Aid responder (training can be provided)

Provide outstanding customer service to staff and community members
