We are seeking two experienced and professional High End Security Relief Officers / Duty Controllers to join our clients team, providing exceptional service across a range of prestigious sites including Chelsea Harbour and the Greenwich Control Room. You will play a vital role in ensuring operational continuity, effective communication, and safety across our network. This position requires a proactive individual with strong knowledge of the security industry and the ability to think on their feet in a fast-paced environment.
Objectives:
- Ensuring all staffing hours are covered correctly and accurately on the system.
- Ensuring the Health & Safety of all staff members out of hours.
- Monitoring all sub-contractor and site-based staff to ensure excellent service delivery to Clients.
Activities:
- Scheduling and deploying of site personnel.
- Ensuring the Smart Task system is fully up to date and accurate at all times.
- Ensuring all personnel are aware of any changes made by the Control Room.
- Monitoring the Mobile Team out of hours, including welfare checks and alarm activation attendance.
- Ensuring accurate booking on/off and check calls times and reporting any issues via reporting system.
- Escalating any incident issues, sickness, absenteeism, or possible issues correctly and in a timely manner.
- Dealing with Client requests and changes at short notice promptly and efficiently.
- Ensuring any Client complaints are escalated to the relevant person in a timely manner.
- Ensuring daily report is completed and any issues/tasks handed over to the relevant person.
- Adding any new employees to the system accurately.
- Adding new sub-contractors to the system accurately.
- Responding to customer calls, including but not limited to Houston Lawrence out of hours service and Pride monitoring of their system and escalation.
Required:
- SIA License and DBS check.
- Exceptional attendance.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication. This includes responding to emails and verbal requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- An ability to work to tight deadlines and to work well under pressure.
- Knowledge of computer programs (MS Office).
- Knowledge/experience is preferred.
