About the Role
My client are seeking professional Security Concierges to support a new residential site. This is a night-based, front-of-house role requiring excellent customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to confidently manage resident-related issues and site security.
Key Responsibilities
- Front-of-house concierge and reception duties
- Meeting and greeting residents
- Handling resident queries and providing support
- Carrying out patrols of the building when required
- Responding to alarm activations in line with procedures
- Managing telephone enquiries
- Escalating issues appropriately and in accordance with site procedures
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills
- Good communication ability
- Confident dealing with tenant issues professionally
- IT literate
- Able to respond effectively to alarm activations
- Willing to work overtime when required
- Valid SIA DS or SG Licence
