Our client is a female-led organisation championing diversity and inclusivity across the security industry, providing professional, bespoke security and facilities management services across sectors including education, healthcare, corporate, logistics, social housing, utilities, and retail.
We are recruiting Relief Security Officers to cover multiple utility sites in Yorkshire (Bradford, Sheffield, Leeds). This is a zero-hours role with immediate start and training available.
The role involves maintaining site security, supporting on-site staff, and following all procedures and site instructions.
Duties include:
- Carrying out site patrols
- CCTV monitoring where applicable
- Access control and gatehouse duties
- Writing patrol, incident and observation reports
- Maintaining communication with Control Room, Site Managers and Line Managers
- Assisting site staff when required
- Ensuring sites are secure at all times
Requirements:
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor (DS) licence
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work weekdays and weekends
- Good written English for report writing
- Good spoken English and confident using radios
- Comfortable working alone
- Smart and professional appearance
- Up-to-date smartphone to use company app
- Ability to follow site instructions and report all incidents and observations
