About the Role
This is an active role that involves regular patrols and long periods on your feet, so it is well suited to someone who enjoys staying alert and engaged throughout their shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out regular patrols and respond promptly to incidents
- Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records
- Engage positively with students, staff, and visitors, delivering excellent customer service
- Manage and de-escalate inappropriate behaviour in a calm and professional manner
- Operate and monitor alarm and access systems (training provided)
- Lock and secure campus buildings at designated times
- Work closely with the Security Site Lead to maintain operational standards
Skills and Experience
- Valid SIA Licence (essential)

- Confident using PC and Excel-based systems
