Salary:

  • Level One - £10.50
  • Level Two - £11.16
  • Overtime over 10 hours - Time and quarter

As a Line Leader, you will ensure your line is running effectively and efficiently. You will motivate your team to deliver exceptional bouquets, ensuring quality is at the centre of every stage of the process. You will coach, mentor, develop, and lead your team to ensure our products are collated and packed to customers’ exacting requirements.

On a daily basis you will:

  • Lead activities associated with safety, quality, and legality of the product
  • Ensure an efficient packing operation is delivered daily
  • Deliver all KPIs and manage efficiencies to deliver on budgetary controls
  • Complete all training for staff and agency workers to ensure high standards of compliance
  • Help to develop SOPs for the packaging area
  • Take the lead in the daily management of employees and employee relations
