Our client, a well-established legal practice in Northampton, is seeking a dedicated Family Law Solicitor to join their Family Law Team. Key Responsibilities:
- Managing divorce proceedings from initiation to conclusion, ensuring clients are well-informed and supported throughout.
- Providing expert advice on financial settlements and property matters, working toward favorable outcomes for clients.
- Representing clients in matters concerning child arrangements, including residence and contact.
- Advising clients on property trusts and land-related issues.
- Drafting and advising on pre-nuptial, post-nuptial, and cohabitation agreements.
- Handling cases involving domestic violence or harassment, providing sensitive and effective representation.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Qualified Family Law Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year PQE up to Senior Associate level.
- Proven ability to manage a varied caseload independently, from initial instruction through to conclusion.
