Salary: £60,000 plus

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior / Associate Solicitor or Junior Partner to join the Corporate Commercial Team at a leading Northamptonshire law firm. Recognised by the Legal 500, Lexcel Accredited, and a winner of numerous awards, this firm houses the largest commercial law team in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide expert advice on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including:

1. Mergers, Acquisitions & Disposals
2. Succession Planning
3. Employee Share Schemes (EMIs, EBTs, EOTs)
4. Restructuring and Demergers
5. Finance Documents
6. Governance Documents (Shareholders Agreements, Articles of Association, Partnership Agreements)
7. Commercial Contracts
8. Franchising
9. Drafting, advising, negotiating, and deal-making

What We\’re Looking For:

1. A minimum of 5 years PQE with a broad range of corporate and commercial experience.
2. Strong entrepreneurial instincts and an understanding of corporate clients\’ commercial and legal needs.
3. Proven ability to collaborate with colleagues, clients, and other advisers.
4. A well-connected professional adept at networking and business development.
5. Excellent communication skills: persuasive, articulate, and personable with a good sense of humour.
6. Strong drafting and analytical skills, alongside a hunger to get deals done.
