We are currently recruiting Security Concierge Officers on behalf of our client for a brand-new residential development in Butetown, Cardiff. This is a lone-working, front-of-house night role, focused on delivering a professional, customer-led service to residents while maintaining site security.
Key Responsibilities
- Front-of-house concierge and reception duties
- Meeting and greeting residents and visitors
- Handling resident queries in a professional and courteous manner
- Conducting patrols of the building as required
- Monitoring and responding to alarm activations in line with site procedures
- Managing telephone enquiries
- Escalating incidents and issues in accordance with company procedures
- Supporting waste management and ensuring common areas remain clean and tidy throughout the shift
Requirements
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence (preferred)
- Previous experience in a front-of-house or concierge role is desirable
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Confident dealing with residents and resolving issues effectively
- IT literate
- Able to work independently in a lone-working environment
- Willing to work overtime when required
