£43,000–£46,000 + Bonus | Flexible & Hybrid Working | 35 hrs/week (0.8 FTE considered)

Are you an experienced ACA or ACCA-qualified professional looking to take your audit career into a role that matters? Our client is a mission-driven, charity-specialist audit and accountancy practice based in Bristol, working with over 250 charities and non-profit organisations across the UK. We’re looking for an Audit Senior or Assistant Manager who shares their passion for the sector and commitment to excellence.

What You’ll Bring
  • ACA or ACCA qualification and previous experience as an Audit Senior or Assistant Manager in a small or mid-tier firm
  • A genuine passion for the charity sector, with experience auditing charities and preparing accounts under the Charity SORP (strongly desirable)
  • Warm and confident communication style and proven ability to build strong client relationships
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and deliver under pressure
  • Comfortable providing training and mentoring to junior team members

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead audit engagements for a portfolio of charity and non-profit clients
