£43,000–£46,000 + Bonus | Flexible & Hybrid Working | 35 hrs/week (0.8 FTE considered)
Are you an experienced ACA or ACCA-qualified professional looking to take your audit career into a role that matters? Our client is a mission-driven, charity-specialist audit and accountancy practice based in Bristol, working with over 250 charities and non-profit organisations across the UK. We’re looking for an Audit Senior or Assistant Manager who shares their passion for the sector and commitment to excellence.
Why Join Us?- Competitive salary of £43,000–£46,000, depending on experience/PQE
- Annual discretionary performance bonus up to 10%

- Warm and confident communication style and proven ability to build strong client relationships
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and deliver under pressure
- Comfortable providing training and mentoring to junior team members
- Desire to work somewhere where you’ll be valued and can play an integral part in the firm’s success
- Lead audit engagements for a portfolio of charity and non-profit clients
- Advise on financial reporting in line with Charity SORP and regulatory requirements
- Manage client relationships, proactively identifying opportunities to add value beyond audit

- Contribute to continuous improvement of audit processes and firm-wide initiatives
