This is a new exciting role which would suit a successful estate agent with previous sales management level experience looking to move into a career in training and coaching whilst remaining in the property industry. This particular role would suit an experienced sales manager with a track record of excellent client retention and customer service who can pass on their skills to staff across our group network.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be located within 1 hour from our Bracknell Head Office
- Be target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement
- Be a car owner with a full driving licence
- Be insured for business use
- Have the legal right to work in the UK
