The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.
Location: Cranbrook, TN17
Pay Rate: £13.40 per hour
Shift Pattern: Thursday, Friday and Sunday, 07:00 to 19:00 (36 hours per week)
Additional hours may be available, particularly for candidates who hold a full driving licence.
Our customer is a female-majority board leading in diversity and inclusivity across the security industry, providing professional integrated bespoke security and facilities management services across an array of sectors, including:

Key Responsibilities:
- Safeguarding and ensuring the safety of minors residing in the centre
- Monitoring access control and managing visitor entry
- Carrying out regular site patrols
- Working closely with on-site staff and external stakeholders including Social Services and Councillors
- Responding to emergencies, including fire marshal duties and evacuation coordination
- Engaging with emergency services when required
- Managing conflict and de-escalating incidents effectively
- Completing reports and maintaining accurate security records
Requirements:
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence in handling conflict and resolving incidents
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Enhanced DBS is desirable but can be arranged and paid for successful applicants
- Knowledge of safeguarding children is desirable but training will be provided
- Ability to work well as part of a team
