City Group Managed Services Ltd is seeking an experienced and qualified Maintenance Plumber to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, professional, and takes genuine pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and supportive company where your skills and commitment are valued.

You'll carry out a mixture of planned preventative maintenance and reactive plumbing works across our portfolio of commercial and domestic properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance.
  • Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently.
  • Deliver work to a consistently high standard.
  • Provide excellent customer service when working on client sites.
  • Complete job reports and documentation accurately.
  • Work safely and in accordance with current regulations.
  • Participate in a paid on-call rota shared fairly across the team.
  • Fully qualified Plumber (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in maintenance plumbing.
  • Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable, trustworthy and able to work independently.
  • Professional attitude with strong customer service skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Clean DBS (CRB) check or willingness to undergo one.
  • Satisfactory employment references.
